START YOUR APPLICATION
- Visit the locations page to see where SailTime bases are located.
- Complete and submit the Information Request Form.
- Read and sign a Confidentiality Agreement and then fax the signed copy to +44 (0)2380 332050. We cannot start your information gathering process until this agreement is completed.
- After you have faxed us the Confidentiality Agreement and Information Request Form, we will review your application and contact you to arrange for a time to talk. During this discussion we will be looking to understand your desire and motivation. You also may call our European head office at any time at +44 (0)2380 574727.
If discussions are favourable, we will accept you as a candidate to begin the Zero to 360 review and approval process.
PRE QUALIFICATION
Prior to filling out the Information request Form please consider the following important considerations. Additionally, as part of our initial discussion we will expect that you will be prepared to discuss these items and how they are relevant to your application.Your Vision:
We are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Our growing community of base owners are experienced business owners/entrepreneurs who have a passion for sailing. Our base owners also expect to build their bases to a minimum of 10+ boats over the first three years of operation.
Your skill set and experience level:
We are looking for those individuals that are willing and ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. A sales and marketing background is preferable, but we also require you to demonstrate sound business acumen.
The Financial Investment:
Although the initial cash investment required may be relatively low compared to other new business opportunities, your minimum personal cash investment can range between £50,000 to £150,000 or more, depending upon your market area, pricing variables and other factors. The business plan that you will create with our support will answer all of these questions for you.
Commitment to Licensing Group Standards:
Are you ready to make the commitment to become self-employed within a licensing system? Are you able to follow the licensing process and operating systems of SailTime Europe?
The Timeframe:
If you are interested in and subsequently offered a SailTime base location, from your initial interest up until the offer and acceptance of a SailTime base location, you can expect to spend approximately 60-90 days involved in this process.

From helping you determine your base location to your training and systems knowledge, SailTime Europe has a strong support system to aid you in the opening and ongoing operation of your business. Every business requires the dedication of not only money, but also time. Are you ready?
