Sailtime Power
SailTime Power lets you cruise in a new powerboat as if it were your own, on a schedule that you plan yourself. It is an innovative and exciting approach to powerboat access and ownership making it easier, quicker and far more affordable for you to get behind the wheel.
- A powerboat is "shared" by seven Members and one Owner Member who are each guaranteed, but not restricted to, at least two weekend sail times and five weekday/night sail times every month. Additionally, each Member is entitled to unlimited ’as available’ use on a 24 hour notice basis at no extra cost.
- Exclusively sail one of our highly specified powerboats as it if were your own.
- We pay the mooring fees, maintenance and insurance. Only the fuel is separately charged which also includes a contribution towards engine servicing. In this way Members that ‘burn’ the most fuel contribute the most towards servicing/rebuilding of the engines. An equitable arrangement for all!
- SailTime avoids the expense of charter, the pitfalls of timeshare ownership and the financial commitment and worry of outright ownership.
- Membership gives you sailing access to all of our many bases worldwide.
- Obtain your RYA Day Skipper Tidal practical qualification exclusively and economically on your SailTime powerboat through one of our affiliated sailing schools.
- Members design their own sailing calendar using the highly advanced interactive boat scheduler, a proprietary online, real-time scheduling system.
- Members can make instant reservations or plan up to a year in advance and can even request to swap or share sail times with other Members.
- If a Member fails to use all of their sail time in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. Time can also be borrowed from a forward month. Flexibility allows any combination from a single day to a complete week to be booked.
