E-ttendant

Maintenance is simple with SailTime's innovative E-ttendant system. Upon arrival and departure, an assessment of the boat's condition is logged into a wireless PDA that is onboard each boat. The system notes if an item is in short supply or needs attention and sends an email to the previous Member and the next scheduled Member as appropriate. More importantly, the Base Owner receives the same email so that he can proactively manage the boat. This ensures the boat will be ready to sail when you are.

EXAMPLES

If the galley was not left in a clean condition it sends the last Member and the Base Owner an email informing them of the situation. In this case the Base Owner would call the previous Member to discuss why the boat was not left in a satisfactory condition and thus proactively manage the issue.
