Using the SailTime Scheduler, you'll get more sailing than you dreamed possible. Our records show that each Member sails a boat an average 3 times per month. With eight Members, that is 24 sailings per month. With 60 sail times available each month, this means that the boat is still available half of the time. Add in our E-ttendant electronic boat management technology, and you've got an unbeatable system that works for you and your busy schedule.

The SailTime Scheduler allows you to book a day or evening , a full day, a weekend, a week or a mixture of full days or half days whenever you want - today, tomorrow, next week, next month or next year.
Each Member is guaranteed at least two, self selected, weekend sail times (one night and one day) and five weekday/night sail times every month. A 'sail time' is either 10.30 am to 6.00 pm (day) or 6.00 pm to 10.30 am (night). Additionally, each Member is entitled to unlimited 'as available' use on a 24 hour notice basis at no extra cost.
Members can make instant reservations or plan up to a year in advance and can even request to swap or share sail times with other Members.
If a Member fails to use their guaranteed 7 'sail times' in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. Time can also be borrowed from a future month. Flexibility allows any combination from a single evening to a complete week to be booked.
If for any reason a Member needs to cancel their sailing reservation (i.e. if they don't like the look of the weather!), as long as this is done more than 24 hours beforehand, then the cancelled sailing time is not lost but put back into their allocation.

Join a waiting list for a sail time. You are automatically confirmed if the other Member cancels or doesn't confirm their reservation. This keeps the calendar very open for you to use.
The Scheduler sends out auto emails to notify you of your sailing reservation. You then have the ‘window’ between 72 hours and 24 hours to reconfirm. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your sailing time will count against your allocation.
The Scheduler monitors and automatically ensures all Members get equal access to peak and off peak sail times. This means no one can monopolize the calendar.
A convenient summary of your sail times is provided for you on your Scheduler home page.
The Scheduler sends you a weather forecast for the sail time you have selected within 7 days.
You can click on a "sail invite" tab to automatically send a sailing email invitation to your personal friends.
We've created the community spirit by allowing you to extend an open invitation at the click of a button to other Members at your discretion.
The Scheduler keeps track of your sailing experience and thus helps build an online resume for you.
